That could work.  I sent them links to some of our usual rides, so I'll see what they think. I highly doubt they'll say no. laughingdp

I'll post up a Berryessa route tonight.  Another one you'll want to keep an eye out for Police's if you hit it on the weekend, but fun regardless.

Berryessa is a lot like the surrounding Texas Hill Country, so I'm sure they'd have a blast there too! I think most of our riding will be during the week, so hopefully police presence will be low.

Dunno gang... might be good reason for some of you to play hooky for a day. Grin Evil

Shorter than the last ride, but minus all the boring freeway.

You can add a few miles by going up knoxville to Lower Lake then back down south on 29, but I haven't been up Knoxville recently.

Lake Berryessa is a blast. Fairly technical going all the way around the lake. But really fun. You have to watch out for trucks hauling boats though. Non-stop twisty!

Watch out for the helicopters spotting for infractions up there at Berryessa. I talked to a couple people who got caught for going over the double yellow up there.

I agree that Beryessa is a great ride, but given the increased police presence, and the fact it is a very popular squid spot (hence the police), maybe we should stick to one of the Marin loops for the guys.

I want them to be envious of our roads, not hateful of our law enforcement.

Count me in for Barryessa, but FWIW...enforcement, yes...always been there, always will.

You could bring the boys up into the hills for the few secret gold mine roads that seem to be devoid of enforcement.  Way more technical than the Barryessa roads.
YeeeeHaaaw...I won't be posting much about them.  I just put the barely legal gixxer on the street.

Ya I did notice it was a bit of a squid spot the one time I road up there. - So where are these roads you speak of? Sounds pretty cool.
