So after mailing my application in at the end of May, calling the instructor twice and calling my bank to see if the deposit cleared, I finally confirmed that I got into an MSF BRC in July! I'm fearful of bad juju by telling everyone the date... but...

July 19th/20th is the big weekend.  Grin

Holy shit that's only 3 weeks away!  Shocked

Congrats!  Listen to your instructors when they say square your head to look where you want to go.  Don't just turn your eyes.  Turn your whole head.  That is probably the single best piece of information that is applicable to street and track.

You are going to do great.  Just follow the rider coaches instructions and ask the people here if you have any questions.  Not to volunteer her but mcgalinmd was really great about answering my questions and giving me tips.

*doing a ritual to banish all negative energy around HB's MSF class*
*establishing a golden light of protection and support around HB*
*buying cupcake ingredients for HB's MSF graduation party in 3 weeks*

you're gonna do great.  you've got this!

do everything just as the instructor says & everything will be fine.
don't engage in engine revving with the other students in class.
