I have a 12x12 ez-up and most likely can get another 10x10. Prob the more the merrier.

What is the eating situation again? Can we come and go during the evening without issue - like to go off site for dinner? Cooking gear? I have none.

Morning Starbucks?  Evil
If I remember correctly (and that's a stretch) they close the gates past a certain hour at night and then re-open them early in the morning. Most people bring their own food/booze/whatever, but they also serve some food at the track (at least for lunch).

As for the trailers, I'm interested in sharing one. I don't have a hitch on my car, but if someone can tow, I'll pay for the gas.

I'd expect they would lock the gates after a point. Can't think they would want open access at off hours.

So right now it looks like we will have 2-3 canopies of various size.

A Grill - yay Brett! So we can have hot food. OF course supply your own.

Frank and I are rolling together - Frank we *might* be renting a trailer. The enclosed has a wiring issue that I hope to fix.

In preparation for the track I thought this was cool:

cool is right...but some of Nick's armchair quarterbacking is such that I think if he said some of those things to those guys directly, he'd find snubbing to be a regularly done to him thing...and I like a lot of what Nick teaches...

"Snubbing" would be polite Smiley  These are GP / World Superbike / etc champions and stars - I'm thinking they know what they are doing. But I guess there's always room for improvement...
Luckily there's no pics of me pretending to lean off in any corners! (crashing does not count)

Looks like we might need to pack a warm layer - mid 60's in the mornings!

Looks like I'm out too. I spent all my play money for the summer on something else. Shame I won't get to ride it on the track this time! If we do another one in the fall, I'd be in.

It's quite unfortunate they close the gates as there is a nearby town. VIR is open 24hrs even though the nearest place around there is danville which is 20 miles out.

they don't want you to drag drunken west virginia strippers into the track premises to start turning tricks in the bathroom between sessions...
