EVR Slipper... how well does it wear? + one or two other questions

Hey guys, I saw a decent price on a newish EVR slipper and I was wondering does anyone have any long term xp with it. I know that it's a different tech than the STM/Bucci slippers so I dont need to replace spider springs, but how well does it last compared to the stock clutch?
I also read that it might have issues with non oem or evr slaves... I have a yoyodyne one on the bike right now... anyone have any xp with the combo?

I'm also interested to hear what others have to say. I can put in my $0.02 though:
I put on my EVR slipper at about 750mi on my 1100. I've changed the pack once already (around 5500mi).
I wouldn't call that representative of clutch-life. I ride every day as a commuter in NYC/NJ, so I'm often stuck in traffic and on and off the clutch lever a ton -- far too much for clutch life, but its the only way to get around remotely comfortably.
I had an EVO 28mm slave when I first installed the EVR. After never getting it to feel right (and always having a hard time finding neutral) I started to find some very bad problems with the pair. The reason it was having a hard time finding neutral is that the EVO wasn't pushing the pressure plate far enough away, so it was always wearing the clutch a little if I was holding in the lever. Also the throw-out bearing on the EVR (included with their spring pack) gummed up quickly after riding in rain (I have an open cover) and caused the push-rod to spin, subsequently heating the EVO via friction and in one case caused the EVO to back away from the push-rod when ever I was at speed... frightening feeling of going for the clutch lever to have it fall into your hand every time. A new throw-out bearing (ceramic from BocaBearing) solved that problem but I still ditched the EVO slave for a 28mm EVR slave and have had zero problems ever since.
My issue with the EVR slave is that if you do any work on the clutch, you will have to bleed the slave because it has a spring that extends its piston when the clutch pressure is relieved like when checking stack height. Not a huge issue once you realize that you need to do it.
My current pack is starting to reach its end (around 10000mi at the moment) but I swapped in a 2mm plate from the old pack (in place of a 1.5mm) and it's not slipping from stop lights any more.
I've probably skimmed over important details, if you have questions feel free to ask. I love my EVR, the way it looks especially, but it does take up some attention if you live in a high-traffic area like I do. I'm probably an idiot for having a slipper at all... but *shrug* I like it.

Thanks for the review
I think I'll hold off on the clutch I guess... the SF is basically a streetbike so the slipper would be a bit wasted... and I like the yoyodyne slave I'm currently using a lot.
