Someone had to start... Grin

Both races were great.

Race 2 was red flagged...

whacky results.

I figure Effenbert fired Sylvan a couple of weeks too soon.  laughingdp

Race 1 was just crazy!! It was anyones race all the way to the finish line. Some nasty get offs too. Tongue I've seen race tracks that were worse with huge standing puddles... like the first Indy MotoGP!! Shocked I have not had the chance to see the red flagged/shortened race 2 yet. Are you telling me Speed didn't even show it? It's listed on my Directv dvr "playlist". I know who "won" it but I'd still like to see how bad it really got. Call it being a morbid WSBK race fan. laughingdp

Yup, speed didnt even show it... they just replayed the round 2 Brno race so that's what is on your dvr right now.  I was trying to check listings but there is nothing up for when they will air it.  At this point I think I'm just going to look for a torrent of it somewhere... I have a funny feeling that speed is just going to not air it at all.

But I do agree that race 1 should have probably been stopped a bit earlier... it was pretty nasty at the end with the amount of get off... but damn, if boring motogp only gets fun to watch when it rains... when you get rain in fun to watch series like wsbk you get even crazier results.

After seeing race 1 I think they should set up sprinklers at all the tracks! laughingdp That was without a doubt one of the wildest WSBK races (hell, any race!) I have seen in a long time. Some really brave/crazy riding going on out there. Jeez... how many times did the lead change in the last 4-5 laps? I lost count. popcorn bacon

both races were gutsy as hell!...and I am glad reading quotes that several of the riders were trying to stop the race...maybe race direction will consider that in the future, because this is the 2nd time we have seen something this wacky in recent times..the last I can rightly call offhand was Nurburgring last year when Sykes got his 1st win in the torrential mess there!...but what incredible racing indeed it was...

Caught the supersport race too... some great racing in there too, never really watched it before.  You can tell those guys are pretty hungry for those wins... they were pushing those bikes pretty hard.

And the dvr didnt update to catch the race 2 showing :\
