Very torn as to whether I should keep the bike grey, which i like or I'll go with a darker metallic silver. Not sure yet but I need to get another tank....UglyDucky - that FI steel tank you got, will it work with my S4?
it's off to be fit to my rs. i had no good offers on it for so long I just sent it off with a custom fabricator to retro-fit to my bike

for the S4, I was made aware that the forks are 54mm.....Why in the world did Ducati do this, kinda makes it impossible to swap over my Speedymoto triple and woodcraft clipons.

As confused as you are.....I'll have to measure them myself tonight but when my woodcrafts that fit perfectly on my 999 forks were moved over to the S4, I was told the forks wouldn't take the clipons.....
I thought all superbike forks were 53/53 and given that the S4 has the 916 engine it would also have 53mm forks.
Someone correct me if my logical assumption is off....

i'm confused why you're confused.
doesn't depend on motor, depends on model (or in the case of sbk, depends on fork manufacturer 53/53 showa, 53/56 ohlins)

This thread may become very boring with my lack of pictures.....
The next pic will be when the bile has the following parts installed:
- Galfer front wave rotors
- Speigler brake lines (Grey with red tips)
- Ohlins front forks with Speedymoto triple and clipons (need to find forks that will use the existing wheel, rotor and radial brake calipers)

But wait there's more:
FREN lines ordered. Going to with RED fittings, GREY lines and CLEAR protective sleeves.
S4R tank purchased as well. Minor dents but gonig to DP for one is his lovely paint jobs late next week.
Question - Anyone know if the wheel on my S4 with rotors will work with the forks from a 999? I ported the brake calipers from the 999 (Brembo 4 pads) over to my S4 with stock forks and everything bolted right up....

999 didn't have radials?
If not the wheels will work.
999 wheels will not work as they used 5 bolt rotors.
