Turn signal spacers removal
«

Hi guys, I want to remove the turn signals spacers on my monster 696. I just need to know which bolt size to buy to replace the oem (longer) ones. I have the workshop manual and the bolt size is not mentionned.
Thanks.

you can just cut the bolt to shorten it.

Yes that's a possibility. I just don't have the necessary tools to re-thread the bolt afterwards. And I also like to keep the possibility to put everything back as it was when I bought it. So a new bolt would be the simplest option.
Guess I'll just have to disassemble the light and then take the bolt to the hardware store and find a matching one.
