Please let me know. Thx in advance..

With the warranty work on my Multi so far, things have been done by the dealer that were OBVIOUS warranty things and then they worried about arguing with DNA themselves.
Both automotive and motorcycle warranty work that has been clear cut warranty issues, I have never had to wait to get the work done.

More details please. Some warranty repairs require approval, such as expanding tanks. Most manufacturers also allow more freedom to better dealers.

Think it took a couple days for them to approve replacing both front rotors on my 12 Evo. Tech noticed pulsation in the rotors during the test ride after my rear wheel recall was performed and submitted a claim. Had to make another stop in so they could take some measurements for DNA and once submitted it was only a matter of days. Guess it all depends on what needs to be corrected and how easily your dealer can document the specific claim to DNA. Good luck.

if its under 200$ it usually requires no approval, everything over that (when its not a known issue such as expanding tanks) requires approval which may take an hour or a week.
if its something that requires confirmation it will need to go on a lift and go through standard inspection. at that point its less about DNA and more about how quick your shop can get the bike on the lift. generally the process involves you bringing the bike in for a problem, the shop isolating that problem and submitting a claim to DNA, DNA then has them verify it, once verified the shop can then order parts and schedule the work.
what are you getting done?

I had a leak from the little roubound adjuster screw or smth like that...
So I took it there last saturday.. They were closed sunday monday tuesday.. They said they will change the suspension assembly... But dna has to approve it first and they are waiting for their approval since its more than 200$.. Called them today , they said dna still hasn't answered...

Took less than a day for approval to replace the stator in my bike. Took longer to get the part than it did for the approval and the work combined.
Edit-I just picked my bike up this afternoon and I asked the tech how much the stator costs and he said about $680. I dropped my bike off last Thursday evening right before they closed, they ordered the part the next day (Friday), it arrived at the dealership exactly 1 week later and they installed it the same day... yesterday.
He showed me the stator they removed from my bike. It's a big honking thing. Wouldn't want to replace it out of pocket.

thats not in keeping with what ive seen from DNA after sales. those guys are pretty quick to respond to any DCS request, regardless of how they answer.

Something is weird because the O rings and the adjuster are available as individual parts. Also, why would you replace both forks if only one is leaking? Try another dealer and see what they say. Do not tell them you were at a dealer before. Also, again, CONTACT DNA!

Called them yesterday they said they.will have to replace the suspension assembly and that part is over 200$ .. it looks like im getting screwed everywhere I go...

getting screwed would be if no one offered to help fix the problem. Waiting for DNA approval is std procedure for a warranty repair like yours, take a breath and let it get repaired.

In my experience, it depended on the dealer that I went to.
When I was experiencing the expanding tank issue, the first dealer said it was very unlikely that DNA would replace my tank.
Even though they agreed my tank had expanded, they did nothing to help me. I remember the guy saying it is most likely they won't replace it, since the tanks will un-expand after the tank has had time to dry out. I am sure I could have pushed the matter by i thought why bother and took my business elsewhere.
The second dealer I went also agreed that the tank was expanded and took pictures and said they would send them to DNA for approval of a new tank. A few weeks went by and they told me this can take some time. Weeks turned to a few months and I decided to try another dealer. I never ever heard from this second dealer again on this matter. They did great work on my bike and I used to give them my business, but my third dealer experience is where I go now all the time..
The third dealer also took pictures of my tank on a Saturday. On the following Wednesday they called me to say DNA approved the replacement and said they would call me when the tank arrived to schedule installation. The replacement tank came in two weeks.
I had never been to this third dealer before so I wasn't getting any special treatment for being a loyal customer. The previous two dealers I did have my bike serviced a few times at each of them. Maybe some dealers have a better relationship with DNA.

Generally speaking when you do something to one fork you do it to both. They should be identical. You don't want one brand new fork and one used fork because they will likely give different response.
