Not sure how they managed to avoid a beating though, other than the good guys didn't coordinate quite enough to launch an overwhelming offensive. For example when the one guy came after the two good guys at the top of the screen, they could have had him. And white shirt good guy pauses to pick up the hammer/bar when, if he hadn't he could have blasted that guy off his scoot for a 3rd time.

For sure. I know a guy who runs a repair shop that's a bit off the path, so if someone started trouble there might not be anyone to come to the rescue. He openly carries at the shop.

In the country where this attempted crime apparently occurred even the cops dont routinely carry guns.  They seem to manage.
