I do indeed have a '93, from the first shipment to the U.S.; picked it up new from Sonny Angel Motorcycles on 25Sep93.

Unfortunately it is no longer in San Diego; I moved from San Diego to New Hampshire last year.

It's also fairly far from "minty".  Grin

Yeah that is what I thought, I posted on the list that I thought you had one. I also remember you discussing your move to east coast but I was not sure when the bike was shipped. - Gene

Vicki knows.  Smiley

I rode it out last October, from San Diego to NOLA, up to Barber for the vintage weekend and DucStock, then on to NH.

Hey, what is this event, and when, and what are your needs?

I ask for two reasons.

1) My client lost its best customer, and turfed out all us consultants, so I'm looking for work.  Some of my leads are in SoCal, so my bike and I could possibly be back there in a month or two.  My bike is mostly original, and runs well, but is quite worn looking.

2) It also occurred to be that Miguel Galluzzi lives in Pasadena, and has in his collection there the actual very first Monster -- the prototype show bike he created and displayed at the bike shows in 1992.  This bike still looks great, but is a non-running show bike, so if you need it to do something, that won't work.  For a static dispaly, though, it would be awesome.
