So I cant find an aftermarket shift lever for my 695 Monster.
This seems really odd to me. Anyone know of one?

Not the clutch lever, its the foot operatored pedal.

I take it you want to keep the standard shift pattern?

If you're fine with switching, http://shop.mcmoto.net/Ducati-CNC-Shifter-Gear-Change-Pedal-SH01-DU-SH01.htm looks well designed for a Monster.  I am running a straight one designed for rearsets or SBKs or something other than an S2R, and there is really only one position where it is useful as a shift lever.

It looks like your other option is to buy one not marketed as compatible (but for a Ducati) or just go ahead and buy rearsets.

So...

Two options:

Buy one like the one in your OP, or spring for rearsets and replace the whole shebang... or buy a non-bent stocker from Ebay.

I bought an adjustable shift lever for my S2R1000 from Sato Racing. It wasn't listed on their web site, so it might be worth a call or email.

I don't know about the 695 specifically, but aftermarket shift levers apart from rearsets seem to be fairly uncommon. Aftermarket brake levers are all over the place, especially adjustable versions, but not the shift levers.

This seems very strange to me, as I'm sensitive where the peg/pedal falls on the top of my foot, but not so much on the bottom. I can press down on the rear brake pedal -- when I even bother to use it -- with the tip of my toe, the ball of my foot, or the arch, and it doesn't much matter. For shifting, there's a sweet spot that feels right, and shifting seems to require more finesse than using the rear brake, so it mystified me as I searched and search and found many, many adjustable brake pedals, but no adjustable shifters.

Sorry for the mini-rant. Hopefully Sato has something for you.

Do you need it to be different, more adjustable or is yours just broken?

MotoWheels has one that fits, but it's only about four inches long.

I bought a OEM from a 848.
It works fine, but the monster shift linkage is much longer than an 848.
Looks weird, I will probably buy the 848 shift linkage as well.

At least I can change gears now.

Well the spacing on the 848 is too tight.
My giant alpinestar boots do not fit.

Back on the hunt.
Lurking ebay, craigs, and the like.

Just looking for anything that will work with the normal shifting pattern.

No, I will not buy new rearsets.
