Mystery bevel tank sent from the USA

Saw this story on another forum here in Australia, so spreading the word so the intended owner can be found.
Short story - guy in West Australia gets a bevel tank sent to him from the US but it's not his. No details of the sender. Now trying to find the intended recipient or even the sender.
