bang head  I have been looking for a bike stand for my M620 2002, just got the bike and i dont want it to fall on th kids when there climbing on it!  Not saying i want them to climb on it, but try and stop a 3 year old that love anything with an engine.

Any ideas, i have looked at Pitbull, but nothing that will fit a M620...

Any rear stand designed to lift from under the swing arm will work on a M620.

Here is a video of Pit Bull stand being used on a first gen Monster.

A word of caution though.  If you think the bike on a stand will be more stable, and kids climbing on it won't knock it over, then you're kidding yourself.  Bikes can be knocked off stands just as easy as they can be knocked off a kickstand.

If you're looking for a very stable stand then check out the Baxley Sport Chock.  It's clam-shell front cradle actually grips the front tire. They're pretty stable.

I can recommend T-Rex stands.  They are built like tanks and save a couple coins compared to Pit-Bull.  Work the treat with my 695.  waytogo

Appreciate the response,

Its not that i want my kids to climb on the bike, i just want something a little more sturdery than a kick stand.

I do like the pitbull, i will check out the T-rex.

Thanks, waytogo

Another handy item is the Baxley Sport chock
http://www.baxleycompanies.com/Sportchock.html

Great! for parking and they have a trailer mount kit for it that allows you to install and remove it from a prepped trailer in a couple min. Alone the chock will hold a bike quite securely. Combine it with a stand and it's rock solid.

A good rear stand should be the first priority item, as it allows for more work stuff. But stick that chock on the list - I love mine.
- oh and don't assume that all chocks are the same. Really, the baxley is better. It's all about the two piece cup bit that's patented. Really grips the bike

i bought the T-Rex, mainly because it is cheap and i got front and back.  So i can get my maintenance done.  i will see how it holds up, i definitely like the looks of the Baxly chock.

Cheers,
