Sup guys. The 7K mile interval service came up and I wanted to do EVERYTHING. Valves were at spec, timing belts were replaces, air filter cleaned, and so on... However, I'm having trouble on how to synch the throttle bodies. I just removed the ugly Evaporative Emission Canister out of the way, and I know that's where you plug in the tubing for the vacuum gauges. But, wheres the Idle Screw, my buddy said that on his ST2, its inside the ECU?!?!?!
There isn't any posts out here saying how to synchronize the throttle bodies of a fuel injected monster.

I've heard about a guy in a local meet saying that he sync'd his cbr f2 using a homebrew system that utilizes 3/8" pvc clear tubing as a vacuum gauge. Is this applicable to the monster?  Huh?

Btw, I have an 01 M900 Si.e.

The synch screw is in between the throttle bodies and is a pregnant dog to get to, especially once the exhaust gets hot.

There are lots of tutorials on-line to make a manometer

Screw both bleed screws all the way in, connect the gauges to the nipples, run the bike @3k rpm, balance the gauges by turning the sync screw located between the TBs. Set idle speed by turning both bleed screws back out equally until correct idle is achieved.

With my bike the sync screw head was facing rearward. This made for a very awkward adjustment. Hopefully on yours, the screw is facing the front. This should make the adjustment part a lot easier.

You can mess with the idle/throttle bodies without adjusting the TPS?

As long as you don't adjust the throttle stop...
