Here are my vitals....

Glenn
Northwestern Connecticut
DRZ400SM, and a couple of dirt bikes.
This is my third season riding.  DRZ SM was my first, and remains my only bike.

As the name implies I do not currently own a Monster.

After riding a friend’s 1998 Monster 900 I'm extremely interested in getting one.

Wish me luck!

I'm still not 100% sure I will end up with a Monster, but I'm shooting for the Duc as my first option.

Thanks for the replies.

Glen

Good choices.

I have a monster and a DRZ!

Man the DRZ is fun to whip around.

Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

I love the DRZ, but I'd like to get something better for long hauls... and two up riding.

I'll probably keep the DRZ till it dies, as it is a suprt fun bike to ride.

Hi Glenn,

Welcome!  I am new to this forum also AND I am also in NW CT.  Monsters are a lot of fun.  I just traded my multistrada (another great Ducati) for a Monster 696 and love it.  Maybe we'll see you around in the northwest hills of CT!
