I finally got down to see it, was on my punch list for awhile, last attempt I got there 15 mins before it closed. Anyway it an awesome memorial http://www.dday.org/ and there are some excellent roads/routes to get there. Just thought I would mention it with Veteran's day coming up. Also if you can do something nice for a Vet on 11/12. - Gene

Looks like a really interesting place; I had an uncle who was at Normandy.  I will have to get down to the memorial.  Thanks for the info.
