Actually, F&F 5 was not that bad.

It was actually really really good IMHO.  It was one of those action movies that was aware it was an action movie, if that makes sense.  It didn't take itself seriously and the Rock's one-liners were too too good.  The chase scene at the end was one of the best I've ever seen and must have cost $10MM to film based on the level of destroyed cars/buildings.

Considering that they filmed that scene in a section of PR called the "golden mile", it was probably very expensive. Not to mention the amount of money for blocking off the bridge that connects the airport with a large portion of the metro area.
