Mobil 1 V-Twin 20W50 is what you should be using unless you never ride in HOT temps. Otherwise Mobil 1 10W40 4T Racing. Neither have "friction modifiers" which full synthetic car oils mostly have. http://www.mobiloil.com/USA-English/MotorOil/Oils/Motorcycle_Oils.aspx

Read what it says about wet clutch performance here. http://www.mobiloil.com/USA-English/MotorOil/Oils/Mobil_1_V-Twin_20W-50.aspx Works fine in my T-100 as I type.

If you don't want to use Mobil 1, you still need a full synthetic 15W50 motorcycle oil which meets JASO MA.

@BK

Does Mobile 1 4T have moly? I've found some conflicting info online about that.

I want to try an oil w/o moly before having to shell out the cash on a new clutch pack. It sounds like you would understand that..

Don't know/don't care on the 4T moly.  Works great with my APTC clutch and it's also otherwise a good motorcycle oil, so I'll continue to use it as long as I can get it.  Good enough for George, good enough for me.  I tried a couple allegedly "wet clutch compatible oils" stocked by the local dealer and a well-known independent shop, and 4T works the best for me.  Yes, I absolutely understand the hesitation to swap out the APTC clutch pack - the part cost will make you wince!  Don't know if 4T is the answer to your slipping issue, but it's a good one to try with the APTC setup.
