There's an exhaust outlet under the bike and the little can above the wheel. Is that some kind of switchable thing?

No, front cylinder is the low exhaust and the rear is the high one.

Dunno. But the paint would likely fade to a dull orange inside of a year.   Grin  Not saying that I'd kick the bike out of the garage for that.

Yup, it looks like a SF on steroids... pretty awesome.  Just some minor issues with the headlight but beyond that it's ridiculously badass...

But the only thing that would still hold me back from getting one is the dealer support :\  I've been loving the looks of the recent KTM's but having very few options if something goes wrong kinda worries me.

This is such a gorgeous machine. Knowing KTM I am pretty sure that the production bike won't be too different.

I don't know guys but I feel that Ducati should'd kept the Monster line as it was before and build something like this on the high end. Splitting between the Monster (air cooled) and the SF will eventually kill the Monster....with all the Euro emissions, etc.

Paint and injected color on mine as still in great shape.   Cheesy

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw that—it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

I must agree with the first part.  As for the SF, I was under the impression it wasn't a hot item.  I liked the ride but the ergos sucked for me and was too close to a superbike IMO
