Good day,

any word on if you guys have a unit for the Canadian model 2010 Monster 796 yet? I know I tried installing one on mine and there was some different wiring to the US version, namely the power wires in the tail section and speed amplifier do not exist on the Canadian one. I was 90% done with the install when I run into this Sad

Thanks

Hello,
We have not heard of this issue. The speed amplifier is apart of our harness in order to read the correct gear on the bike. As for the tail light connector we do not use for switched power. We use a connector which has a cap on the end of it which the Bazzaz will be installed in between the cap and the connector on the factory harness.
I hope this helps and allows for you to complete the install.

Hi Bazzaz, I contacted someone in your office during my install, and they told me the Canadian version was different. I looked everywhere for the connection I was supposed to connect to to no avail. Trust me, I wanted the unit to work, as Bazzaz, to me is a step above Dynojet. I ended up going with a PCV. Sad
