I done fixed it.  Then I was setting it up to record the tour, and accidentally turned the race on AT THE END.  Poo.

My TV won't turn on!!!!

Prologue today!  Gaaaaaah!

Come over and help us watch it.  Wink

I have to be at the shop to deliver a car at 11:00 am. After that I'm on my own. I'll have special paint, safety wire pliers and stainless wire. All you need is the wrap & warm water. Call me with directions.

Wrap, check.  Warm water, check.  Plus, I have some of the securing strips/straps that Ron's sold as well.

when i found it the day before the auction ended, it was $650ish.  I was excited.  Obviously the price didn't hold.

Yeah, but the whole bike sold for $1500. Wow! That's still an outrageous deal. Here I was thinking that I could sell my frame & forks for that much. Boy did I sober up in a hurry.

No shit!  That is a stupid good deal!!  I can't recall, does that frame have butted ti tubes?  If so then it is basically the same frame as mine and DAMN they ride nice.  Too bad a "54" would have been too small for you Tristan...  Still can't get over how cheap it went for.  Must make sure Alex does not see this and then compare to what I paid for mine...

It is basically the same frame you have. Plus the Dura-Ace and the wheels. Whooeee. I hope that doesn't become a benchmark.

I went back and looked at it again. The buyer scored super big time. FSA carbon, Kysirium wheels. That bike went way too cheap.

Yeah, the Ksyriums alone are most of the selling price.

I thought it was a 58, which is essentially my size.  Not that it matters, cuz I let it go.  bang head

My bad, it is/was a 58.  make the beast with two backs!  Sucks you weren't able to get it.  I can't believe the seller didn't have a reserve on the thing.  MSRP on the id8 frames (the one I have) is over three grand!

Yeah, I let it go.  I'm a little bummed, I mean, I watched the auction end, thought to myself, 'self, that's a pretty darn good price still.'   But, I'm about to go on vacation, the monster still needs love, etc.  Oh well.
