Hi all - know it's my first chance to meet you guys, just wondering if anyone would mind if I bring a mate along on his 748 ?

What time do you expect to be back in Berowra, at the end of the ride?

It may not be a Monster but at least its a Ducati ... so long as he/she knows the ground rules (respect for the group and intent of the ride).

Depends on a few things ... but mostly how long we are stopped for lunch ... so who knows.

According to Google Maps it is almost 5 hours ride time (me may better this) ... with the lunch stop roughly in the middle. Having said that you can peel off at any time (but please let somebody know beforehand) ... when we stop for lunch you could always just jump back on the freeway and head for home if time is critical.

We (Jukie & I) may not actually make it all the way back to Berowra before we peel off

OK, thanks for the info. I may have to cut the ride short, we'll see. Is PITS easy to find, or sign posted?

Hey Bern

PITS , code for PIE IN THE SKY. Roll Eyes

Is roughly 7.8 klm on the right from the 7 eleven servo at Berowra,on the left heading north, the way were going Wink

Pits, Pie, Pie in the sky, reasonably easy to spot usually heaps of bikes parked out front, located on the right, on a slight left sweeper on the 4 lane section of road, before the run down the hill.

Make sure you fuel up at the 7 eleven Berowra  as it is the last servo? possibly find one of us there. Smiley
usually a shit load of bikes there so easy to find,or at least fuel up some were from Hornsby.

Hey all, just noticed this run & kinda pissed that I've come across it all too late (Wifey's arranged some things that I can't get out of  Cry )

It's been ages since I posted on here, no real reason, just too bloody busy I guess.
I was out this morning up the old rd, early as usual (8am'ish) & there were three patrol cars doing the rounds - Bastards!!!

Take care tomorrow, enjoy, watch out for the boys in blue & all come back safely.

I'll be thinking of you......

Going off-line as we are just about to leave ... see you all in an hour or so.

BTW clear blue skies up here at the moment ... fluffy cloud out over the sea.

Well we just arrived back home.

Thanks everybody for a good ride. I know I wasn't too fast for anybody so I hope I wasn't toooo slow.

Good company and just the right amount of dis-organisation. Thanks again - hope you all enjoyed yourself.

Just like to thank all the guys and girls for attending today. Had a awesome ride with no injuries, no fines and all good. Like to make a special thank to Betty and Andy55 for keeping us all together and safe. So an awesome turn up of 17 bikes to start then 2 left to go home early. So 15 for the rest of the day. So thanks again all and hope to do another ride soon. waytogo Dolph
