Well!  Received my Corbin seat and when I tried to install it, it wouldn't latch in so after investigating the issue, noticed one of the rubber mounts on the left front side is contacting the frame where the others are about an 1/8" above the frame which is about right since it's not latch.

Has anybody else seen this?  this is on my 2011 Monster 696.

Trying to get in touch with Corbing but talk about being put on hold!!!

 All that you have to do is take the seat into the factory in California and they will fix you up. If you can not take it to them, good luck.

Yes, good luck with Corbin  bang head
Can't speak to the rubber mounts but when I first put mine on I had to move the latch post a little to make it fit.   If that helps any...
I got put on hold by Corbin by email, I had concerns and they just did not respond.  At all.

They finally answered the phone and mentioned about installing some shims under the latch pin except the pin's threads are short so you can only add so much.  Will try that out once I receive my new O ring for one of the quick disconnect on the gas tank, talk about poor design.

Is it possible to shim the latch itself? That's what I had to do on my M900 with a Corbin.

After looking at mine, you can adjust it back and forth but you can't bring it up but you can bring it down.
On the older bikes, two screws held the latch to the frame.

It was possible to add a standard 6mm washer under the latch on each side and that was enough to do it.

From looking at the parts .pdf you should be able to do the same. You might need longer screws, but I don't think so.

Yeah!  After it breaks in, it's real nice and comfy.  Had it on my Concourse and it was great once the break-in period was done.

Mines very well broken in. Have you guys ever toured on your Corbins? I don't have a beef with it on short jaunts but anything over 200 miles is hell on my cheeks

 The Corbin that I had on my dearly departed BMW K100 never did soften, it was a board for over 100k miles. There is a long sad story that goes with it, I still don't know why I didn't just burn the damn thing.

I have had one Corbin, It sucked so bad I bought Sargent's ever after.  Still trying to figure out why I bothered with the DP "un" comfort seat.....

My Corbin remained a rock, four hours max.  My Sargent, on the KLR, seems like it will be perfect.  Longest day so far only six hours but felt just great.  FWIW.
