Confused I accidentally posted this is that old horror that shall not be named, but nothing looked right.  Thank God you guys are still here being awesome:

This is probably not necessary. I use to be very active on this forum (active for me on the Internet anyway). I started on the old page and moved here with everyone else when that place went south. I had a crash a few years ago. Ruined my S4R, Jacked up my knee, my finances, etc. I doubt my friends are even still around or remember me, but I loved this place and wanted to say thanks for all the help, advice, & good times. I miss the hell out of riding, and every time I get an email from a forum or an dealer, I miss you guys too.

Thanks

I remember the name - though by hook and crook I got a new one. Make a comment about being a sad panda and the mods think its all funny to change your name. For historic ref, I'm yuu

i've seen this posted a few times so now I'm curious... what's the beef between this site and the other monster forum?

We all lived at the Other Forum once.  It looked almost identical to this one. It was sold to Vertical scope for about 10k I think. One day, about a month after the sale, the look and feel of the place changed and there were all kinds of banner ads on the site. Do to the Far sightedness of Duc Painter and a few others, this site had ben built and even had a few members.

The day that the The Old Board (TOB) was ruined a mass exodus occurred over to the new forum. Thousands of members came over within a week.

It was truly epic.

Hey ClickJack! I remember you. It must be homecoming week. I fell over last week and came crying back to the forum for advice. I hadn't posted since sometime in early 2012. They reminded me that monsterparts is still the best place to get bits and I had new levers almost the very next day.

I <3 this place.

I doubt I've been on since 09.   Maybe 10.  Had my wreck in May 09 was without my bike for close to a year.  Got it back and had to sell it because the wreck wrecked my finances as well. (Missed a bunch of work, then couldn't do my job, hospital, Rehab, lawyer, etc).  I'm bike less these days.

Promise I'm a real person.  My beard is much longer than the photo these days.  Very active in some music gear forums over on Facebook, but haven't been over here as it just makes me want to ride!

Anyway good to catch up with a couple of you.   Sorry to hear about your crash redxblack.  Hope you're ok.
