I just bought a set of city bags off ebay. They are new and complete with hardware. The seller has a lot of books and all sorts of older Ducati misc parts. It might be from Ducati parts clearing out the warehouses or a large dealer. If anyone is interested he has 2 sets of city bags still for sale.

... I will be installing it on my 02 S4 with low mount pipes. It mounts to the grab handles that are welded to the frame.
