Hi. I will move to Canada to Vancouver in the near future and i also want my bike there.
It's a 2000 Monster 900 S with Ohlins in the back, Termi mufflers and all the other goodies, took good care of it and i don't want to sell it.
Sentimental value and from what i searched no 900 Ss there for sale and very expensive even the smaller capacity ones.

Is it hard to import it ?
So if i may these are my questions:
1. I understand that there is a 15 years old rule, if older than that no problem that they will accept it 100%. True?
2. What tax do i need to pay ?
3. Are there firms that handle everything, i just need to pay (more) but no worries from my part ? (i understand that the customs refuses it they will destroy it)
4. Shipping, how much and what options are there ?
5. And let's asssume the worst, i can't import it.
Can i just ship it in parts like a personall good ? and buy a regular cheap 900 there and just move my parts on that frame and i will have a spare bike in the process
