Howdy,

Made the jump from the D*L awhile ago. Just in the lurk mode.  Been riding on the street since 1980 mostly jap bikes  (80'kz550, 84'gpz750, 94'vfr750)that changed in 2000 with the purchase of a 95 M900 complete with low side dent in tank. So far its been a blast to ride.

Don't forget to check out our local board, CAM.  I know you aren't very close to the city, but I'm sure there are people in your area.  We have an alpha roster you can put yourself down on so you can see where the rest of us are.  There's also Mid-Atlantic Ducati, which is the official Ducati Owner's Club of the region.  It's a great group.  The best part is their track days twice a year.  You can't beat the value!
