They did a survey in the US re Harley riders and accidents.
Found that around 80% of accidents were males over 40.
Main cause was, wait for this........  running up the back of vehicles, brought on by looking at themselves in the shop windows..........this is factual people........

All Ducati owners know you only do this while stopped at lights. For those new to the marque you will find instructions and a link to an instructional video in your owners manual and/or attached to the swing tag of every piece of over-priced clothing in the apparel catalogue and in the glossy brochure contained within the packaging of each over-priced item purchased from the accessories catalogue.

It is included with all the other safety warnings. Generally the worse that could happen is that you are late for your latte catch-up with your fellow Ducatisti.

You guys must really like to live on the edge.  I just have mirrors in the back and side of my garage.
I take a little look, maybe get a selfie on my iphone, blow myself a kiss and be on my way.

The other advantage is I can do it in the nude.

In my opinion, i'd sell the Monster and go for the Hog   [thumbsup]  Forget about advertising it in the For Sale section here though, its only a front for the OZMO chatroom...... !

Just look below at all the paraphernalia you will be able to buy, no Harley rider will be without any of these    [roll]

A must is a good, snug fitting helmet/lid, spare no expense here please

Not forgetting the his & hers set. The horns are a great idea, i'm led to believe that one horn acts as a radio antenna while the other is for your GPS

This is another safety item.......keeps the bugs under control, also helps your anonymity, very important if you are fully decked out    [thumbsup]

The vest is a must too......the more badges the better here.......!

Bumless chaps will help keep you cool during summer Pete   !  (PM Wobbart, think he still has his)

And these are the genuine article

Can't be seen in anyhing less than these

Have any kids mate..........?

How about a dog..?   hmmmmmm...?

Ink is a must     [thumbsup]

More comrades

Then the bike Peter

Nice 48   [thumbsup]

Now mate, take Des's advice, give yourself an uppercut, hit the pillow tonight, then wake up tomorrow knowing that this has all been a bad dream....... [coffee]

You have given a very good reason not to
Buy a hd. I went up the old road today just
To see if i am thinking straight. I really
Can't part with my beloved daisy and will
Be keeping her.

I just bought my first duke last year, second hand, and have been riding in the same 17 vro leathers I've worn on every other bike I've owned.....Is this something I should address ?

BTW WTF is a latte ?

I'm begging you, please don't talk about dodgy leathers - you'll only get Dez posting pictures of his leathers up. I've only recently stopped having nightmares about his zipper.

Hi. I’m Troy McClure. You may remember me from such self-help tapes as “Smoke Yourself Thin” and “Get Some Confidence, Stupid!”
NYTimes: "...highlights of his global tour include encounters with Nelson Mandela, an 800-year-old demigod and a dildo collector."

Absolutely you need a set of brand new tricolore leathers with 'Ducati' stitched all over them. Of course they will have pristine, never near the pavement, red knee sliders ... just like mine.

This is the one Wankeristi stereotype I don't meet ... but I think there are still enough coffee snobs around here to be able to educate you.
