Has anyone else ever dealt with Gotham Cycles? I ordered a part from them on June 1st. I received my confirmation email right away. After 5 days of no shipping email I decided to contact them. Not through one email but three different addresses listed in different places. Two were no response and the other came back as undelivered Mailer-Daemon.  So today I pulled the phone number from Paypal and called early this morning. The number was correct but no one picked up so I left a detailed voice mail.  No call back today.  I am just curious if anyone else has had this problem.

Bummer. But I've gotten a few bits from them in the past and it's been just fine.

I've purchased more than a few items from GC. Most of the time quick to complete transaction. a couple of times slow because he was out of town.

This is a small company. I think its just one man operation so I wouldn't always expect stellar service. He is good at responding to emails in a timely matter. Overall he does come through and does work with you if there are issues with the parts you have received from him.

Yeah it looks like he was away for little while. I might give him a chance in the future. He did apologize and said they just couldn't find the part that was supposed to be in stock.
