Personally, I think the builder totally missed the mark.

It's inherent that we dislike this bike mainly because of the extended swingarm. It crosses into territory that we usually try to avoid. ... I mean its a nice bike, but its practically a hayabusa now...

I respect the effort that went into it ... But a monster as a
'drag' bike is just a style exercise.

laughingdp The Monster is just a style exercise.

I respectfully disagree.  It is functional and includes very little
Which doesn't contribute to that functionality.  Extending the
Swingarm detracts from that functionality for the purpose
Of appearance.

If you ignore that swingarm length, I think it looks pretty good (also ignoring the front shots and rear shots from the link).

But from the side, and looking only at the front 3/4 of the bike...  waytogo
Actually I agree.  I kinda like it except for the swingarm length, and where the exhaust exits.

Don't be offended but I am pretty sure that Ryan Danger (the builder) was not trying to hit your mark but instead, build a bike that he likes!!!

That being said, you are totally free to like it or not... Personally I think it's a great show bike! Do I like everything about it? No but I do appreciate the work that was put into it...

Not offended at all.

The stuff he made shows a great deal of craftsmanship. The bolt on bling is strictly a matter of taste.

I like his paint scheme even though matte finishes are not my favorite.

What he did with the swingarm and exhaust makes an already disproportionate look in frame tube size and subframe design even worse IMO.

...but you know what has been said about opinions. Grin
