From Assen:

...just like Qatar:

Nice to see these hypercompetitive guys genuinely congratulating each other.  Gotta appreciate a rider who enjoys himself on the track, even as he's trying to beat everyone else out there. waytogo

Vale and Marc are actually good friends. Marc, while he doesn't respect reputation *on* the track, he idolizes Rossi.

All the Ducati's made the 1290SDR possible!

I don't think I saw a Ducati the entire race. I almost forgot they existed.

Isn't this the worst season ever for Ducati?  Almost no presence at all in MotoGP or in WSBK?

Fack!

So MM will feel really bad when he punts Rossi into the gravel at some point this year?

If you think about it, Rossi is being VERY tactical about MM.
Now Lorenzo with his finger wagging and Pedrosaspeedblockingroadbumpasshat on the other hand may eventually get less respect from MM

Oh hell no.

He'd only feel bad if he punted his gramma into the gravel.

Not even then... Wink

Think about it though. Foggy is no better when it comes to manners, but he can ride.

That photo of Rossi/Marquez holding hands after Assen....is it just me, or does it look like MM's bike is angling towards Rossi's bike, as if he's rehearsing the inevitable attempt at a takeout move.  Evil

Actually, I think Rossi (and Lorenzo, to a degree) is a lot like Wayne Gretzky; so smooth and skilled that he's nearly impossible to hit in the open field, even when one's trying to take him out...unless that one is Bautista and Rossi has no where to go at the start of the race...
