I'd be interested to know how that was handled.

Unless the dork in the car was provoking the biker in some way, I don't see why the bike acting erratically.

I still don't see how brake checking a vehicle that is bigger than yours would ever be a good idea  Huh?

Seems a lot like the guy in the car make the beast with two backsed up. He maintained the same distance from the car in front of him until the bike came in front of him then he started accelerating. I would think the video could show that in court.

You're on a motorcycle.
If the guy is camping in the left lane, for whatever reason, and the road is as empty as that one has been, pass him on the inside, and continue on your way on down the road.

Why in the world would you ever, under any circumstances, brake check anyone in a car on a motorcycle, not once, but twice, and on the roads in Russia?

He's lucky the guy didn't hit him, and then intentionally run him over.

BC.

How could anyone come to the conclusion that the car driver is at fault? It matters not why the moto rider is upset, what the car driver did or didn't do previously, or if he should move to the right lane.

I've definitely been in the mindset of the bike, with a douche cager tailing or cutting me off... but I'd NEVER brake check. No way I'd stand up to a car in the situation that played out in that vid.

Unless the previous minutes would make a different story, I think they deserved each other. A lot is to be said about the way the cage driver took an extra few seconds to look smugly back at his car to see how it was damaged and taking a lot of time getting out of his car.    Its like he said "yea I got him but how much is it going to cost me".  Would you even glance at your car instead of rushing to see how bad the rider is hurt?

It is like bad timing at any intersection, be it an old lady that can't see of road rage, you determine the outcome. I am betting the previous minutes would change the story.

When I was young(er) and foolish(er) I would do something similar, butt I would NEVER slow down! Flash the brake light butt keep the hammer down. I found myself in a few very "interesting" situations due to it, as well!

Brake Checking is such a crappy move, do these people think "oh you should be able to stop in time so its your fault"?

I can just hear Dr Phil asking "how's that working for you?"
