Is that Ronald reagan hiding in the corner?
Haha yeah it is. I live in Dixon, Il, same town he grew up in. A friend of mine from school in Missouri thought it would be funny to get me a cutout of Ron for my birthday one year.

Nice addition (the heater), I did something similar when I lived in the Northeast. Totally worth it.
I have a 30kbtu blue flame heater in mine. Totally makes the difference. Just keep in mind ng heaters put out CO and moisture.

Yeah that's what people have been telling me, about the moisture. I opted for an 80,000 btu model because the ground floor is fairly big plus I have a full attic that i have some exercise equipment in so I'd like to have the option to keep that warm as well.

How are you piping the heat to the attic?

There's an open staircase in that back corner. When I don't want it heated I have a piece of insulating board sealing up the hole. When I want it warm the board hinges up to allow heat to rise up there.

Sheds in Newfoundland have a cultural significance as a place men meet, drink, bullshit about, and occasionally work on their vehicles...and where women are not expressly forbidden to enter but nonetheless are rarely seen. Oh wait. That's everywhere.
I am not sure if I have ever met someone from Newfoundland ... and based on the above I don't know if I want to
. Perhaps it
is
a cultural thing
.
It would be immodest for me to comment on the men ... but our women are obviously a class above down here. My wife allows me in her shed whenever I want (she does set some standards though).
The garage is just full of cars and stuff so I thought the shed was more appropriate to this forum.

That's the one. The belly pan came from your continental mate Chris at Desmoworld.

If I come to visit can I sleep on a cot in the shed?

Look to the far right (behind the S4R) ... she keeps a hammock in there just in case one of her 'babies' is unwell or having trouble settling at night and they need company.
But she would most certainly worry if something was missing.
