1:37  Driver should go to jail for attempted manslaughter.
6:44  Clearly this illustrates that we are not just going to hurt ourselves........

Reminds us all to wear are gear and pay extra attention all the time. Notice a lot of the ejected riders landing on there heads.
I'm a professional Firefighter here in California, I haven't been to many motorcycle accidents, but I have been on many auto accidents where life was lost because someone was not paying attention or doing something they should not have been doing like in this video.

There are a lot of stupid people out there.  Nearly all of these incidents could have been easily avoided.

This is why I armor up fully, regardless of how hot it is.  If it's too hot for full gear, I take a cage with A/C.

Some of the more egregiously bad wrecks where lane discipline, traffic signals, and right-of-way were problems looked to be in Asia.  We visit the Philippines every other year, and I keep thinking how fun it would be to get a little Honda 250 dual-sport to go exploring on.  Seeing some of the idiots running red lights makes me reconsider...

Don't show this video to my wife or my in-laws.  Wink  My wife has been okay with riding, but my in-laws voice their disapproval regularly.

Good mid-season wake-up thread.

....and at 6:14.  I remember seeing that a few years ago - horrible way to go.
