Which Monster for Me?
«

Hi,
I don't know much about the Monsters other than the obvious differences in engine sizes and would like some help to select the right one for me.
I am about 5'6-5'7 (169cm) and will use the Monster for commuting every other day in addition to occasional long weekend rides and race track rides once a blue moon. ABS and pillion seating is preferable but not essential.
I will be looking to buy a used bike with my budget. I am handy with tools and can do most of the servicing myself.
Which Monsters would be suitable for me and what are the differences apart from the obvious?
I also thought about buying a modified streetfighter. All the work is done for you but because they are made of aftermarket parts or parts from other bikes, does this cause problems when you need to replace a part or are there ways around this?
Cheers,
Haros

think about any of the 600 series monsters
lower ride height, plenty of power for commuting, decent power for long weekends (rode 2-up to Italy through the Alps)
newer one's have ABS

My suggestion would be the 796, enough power and pretty light.Perfect for daily driver.
