"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Desmosedici - it's the new Paso (except the bodywork doesn't fit as well)

eBay levies fees on shipping charges these days.

PayPal gets a cut but not Ebay.  There is no way for ebay to levy fees on shipping charges.

eBay charges against "final value." From the eBay fee FAQ:

"Final value fee

If the item sells, you're charged a final value fee. Final value fees are calculated based on the total amount of the sale and are charged per item.

The total amount of the sale is the final price of the item, shipping charges, and any other amounts you may charge the buyer. Sales tax is not included."

Interesting.   Ive never paid on shipping.  Plus, unless you ship thru them how do they even know?  I mean, as a practical matter?  I email folks directly to give the total.

Ah... see, I ship through them.  Doing else-wise seemed unnecessarily complicated.
