I thought that it was going to address different poseurish poses, where to park at Starbucks for maximum visibility, and how to accessorize both rider and motorcycle.

At my msf I rode a honda 250 nighthawk, the 696 would have been much more fun. I probably would have just bought the damn thing and rode it home [moto]

Cannot even fathom learning to ride on a Monster.

"If you stall, keep your head up; act like you're checking for traffic; clutch in; hit the starter. The most important thing is to look cool."
I wish I got that kind of instruction at my MSF
Im still trying to figure out how to be cool on my motorcycle
these are the coolest looking n00bs I have ever seen (note the one guy texting while she gives instruction, so cool he doesnt even care what she is saying!)

It seems like the guy was determined to not like the whole experience from the start, but somehow managed to have a little fun along the way.
I guess all the emphasis on "cool" had to do with learning on a Ducati, huh?

Unfortunately, the MSF doesn't let you ride a motorcycle that is >500cc. When I had my Monster 620, I couldn't take it out for the refresher weekend riding session. It's actually kind of a lame rule, especially if you already have your motorcycle license and are just doing it to get additional riding practice AFTER having purchased your own bike...

I think the MSF course I took also was Honda 250. Most of the bikes were 125 ccs if I recall correctly though.
