Thanks Bob......these bikes will never see rain unless we get caught while taking a long trip.  If the weather calls for 40% or more chance of rain, they stay inside.      Grin

She got her Vance and Hines CS1 slip ons today.  I will be posting pics in the mods section once they are on.  Keep an eye out.   Wink

So i have pulled the left side muffler off no problem.  The right one has to be stuck. It will not com off!

Any tips/tricks you guys used when removing the stock mufflers?

I sprayed the connection between the slip-on and the header with PB blaster IIRC then wiggled it and twisted it hard. It came off eventually...but I don't know if it's the PB blaster or the wiggling and twisting that got it off  Grin

Oh and I did it when the engine and the exhaust is cold. The next several times I removed the LV slip-ons, i also did it when the bike is cold.
