My old tank only had one "Delivery" port, this one I'm about to put on my bike has two delivery ports. Why is this? Can I plug the other one with something?

The illustration on the underside of the tank shows some kind of t-fitting. Is there necessary, if so where can I find it.

Cool, does epoxy glue hold up to gasoline?

I'd use a short piece of fuel line and a bolt with a clamp.

Good tip, thanks.

And what does the "bleed" line do?

Good tip, thanks.

And what does the "bleed" line do?
On an injected tank bleed is the vent which goes to the cap area and connects with a piece of rubber hose to the cap holder.

If you blow air in this line where does it come out?

edit...

can you post a pic of the underside and the cap area of the tank?

I won't be able to until later tonight. But there wasn't anywhere underneath the fill cap to connect a hose to.

The underside of the tank (by the hinge) consists of three nipples and a threaded hole. The threaded hole is in the same location as my last tank so I'm using that as the delivery port. The other three nipples are labeled as drainage, bleed, and delivery. I've plugged the second delivery one, the drainage one has a hose on it routed down to the bottom of the bike, and I don't know what to do with the bleed.

Also, my old tank had a smaller threaded hole for mounting the fuel filter. This tank does not have one.

The bleed is the vent. It goes to the cap area as a one piece internal tube...center rear. Your old tank had a little rubber nipple that contacted the underside of the cap. If the charcoal canister is gone you don't need the rubber piece.

Use a plastic y fitting and connect the bleed to the hose that goes to the ground along with the drain.

Otherwise the extra delivery can be plugged as you've done.

Yeah, it honestly didn't turn out how I wanted it to, but at least I can say I did it and it's mine.  Roll Eyes  Regardless, I like it better than the yellow with gold frame.

My matte clear turned out more of a glossy clear. Pictures tonight or tomorrow morning after I get the exhaust mounted.
