A few days ago the check engine light came on for a sec then went out.

This morning it came on and as i pulled in the clutch to stop at the stop sign it died.

restarted, no light, no issue the rest of the ride.

really strange

could it be that it is getting used to US fuel instead of Euro fuel?

Battery?

I,m just learning the Ducati ECUs and wonder if they are similar to other brands in that an event or anomaly will be stored for reading for a set number of warm up cycles even though the warning light is no longer lit?

Similar thing has just started to happen to my bike M1100, Noticed MIL would come on briefly when decelerating hard through the box. It would then go out. I have not noticed anything like dropping into limp home mode, but when I checked it with the Rexxer Diagnostic, It had stored two codes P0133 P0153. I am at a loss as they are both Slow Response Codes for the O2 sensors. I don't have any O2 Sensors the Map Rexxer supplied removed them and the exhaust valve....Waiting on a response from Rexxer.
