Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw that—it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

The ride was good.  Plenty of sun and some decent roads.   Grin

Agreed - very good time. Thanks all. Roads were fun, weather was perfect, and the meatloaf sandwich at Blue Moon was tasty. Winning!

Yes, we did.

Although, I got spooked about 1/3 of the way in by a slippery rear tire. Turns out everyone experienced the same thing. Ben leaned over and called me a pussy, and off we went. Grin

Really fun road!

I might have to head out to WV over the next weekend.  Well, assuming I don't spend the entire time out cycling...

It's your turn to organize. We'll show up if we can. Heck, I barely knew how to ride asphalt when I organized my first group ride. In hindsight it was a bit naive, but we had fun!

Rats! I'm committed to the track for the next few weekends.

I'm not very good with directions. I once led a group for 3 laps around Reston town center before I finally found the right road to start the ride. Trust me, you don't want me to lead any ride with more than 3 turns.  laughingdp

Let me know if you head out to WV or if you're interested in exploring some mountain bike trails out west. Really looking for an excuse to not do some house projects this weekend.
