I've been having rough running issues with wet plugs. I shot a quick video. Weak spark?

Spark looks OK.  Check the needle jets for wear.  If they look oval (use a magnifying glass if needed) replace the needles and jets.

Factory pro jet kit and emulsion tubes on the way. If this doesn't fix it what else could it be?

1. Leaking vacuum fuel tap (usually one cylinder)
2. Float needles not seating very well due to crud or ethanol eroding the rubber tips
3. Fouling due to using hi octane fuel in a low comp motor

Howie is correct however (an elder statesman around here) with replacing the oem needle jets, etc, they wear very quickly (sometimes in 5000 miles).  If there are other issues you have lost nothing and gained smoother running, better response and improved fuel economy. Worn needle jets are at least part of the problem and the first item to service with these symptoms.

Just realized that the ground strap from the engine to the frame was disconnected from the frame. This could definitely cause weak spark. Where does this bolt to the frame? It's on the right side behind the rear brake fluid reservoir.

It attaches to one of the rear set bolts via a nut on the back side of the bracket.

Okay. I may just run a new ground straight to the battery ground.
