I wanna visit AU so damn bad, espec if I could bring my wares in with me, I'd make a fortune...I'm sure they'd frown upon that tho.

Currently at 3 working and 1 in rebuild as a bobber. (Plus one dirt bike)

I own a Roadking for the wife and I. We have at least one 4000-5000km road trip per year, coupled with shorter trips throughout the year. We spend some good quality time together on the RK. I love the HD and cannot see myself selling her.

I own a BMW R 1200GS for the dueler trips, at least one 3000km plus per year as well as day outings with mates.

Then just very recently acquired a Monster 796 which will be the daily commuter, in tandem with the GS.

There is an XS 400 being rebuilt into a bobber and will probably gift this one to my son.

Dirt bikes don't count here I guess so won't elaborate.

I do think that 3 bikes is a good number, 2 is acceptable too.

I've got a few but I think the right number is 4
1 for Sport Touring
1 for Playing in the twistys/track
1 Crusier/bagger for laid back crusing
1 for around town

My problem is I love all of mine and I cannot bring myself to get rid of one, but I've got to reduce back to 7, man cave is too full with 8. - Gene

At least two : one to work on, one to ride. (you can change out "one" with any number => "one" in that statement)

Gave the 98 ST2 to my brother yesterday, so down to 2 now:

01 monster 900

01 ST4

These two bikes cover all my riding needs. The monster for running around town, day rides and commuting to work. The ST4 for two-up riding or the 1 or 2 long trips I take each summer.

Picked up a Mach III recently.  After it is running again, the official number will be 5.   Vino!

I have a '12 696 Monster
Wife has a '13 Triumph Bonneville she has been trying to learn to ride on. She might just give up the ghost. Much to my chagrin she'd rather just hang on the back of mine....

Whether the Bonne gets sold or not, i'm looking for a cheap/used 848 Streetfighter or Superbike i can bomb around on by myself. 899 Panigale would be fun but cost-wise i could get an 848 for probably 2/3 the price.

I'm currently at 14. Lots of Mobil 1 every fall- about 56 quarts. Lots of coolant and distilled water every two years. And two quarts of brake and clutch fluid every two years. Two year plates at $35.00 every two years. Liability insurance every year too. I'm not sure if they own me though.
