Peer pressure. More later.

Oh my God! After what, 28 bikes, you finally got a good one?
I may have to ride up there and see if I can keep up.
Awesome graphics too. Didn't the Desmo have that basic pattern? Love It!

W T F!?
Did I miss something somewhere that says "Buy/Sell/Trade your bikes the maximum number of times" when I got my bike? Should I really be on my third one or something instead of owning the SAME damn bike?
That is great Lisa, congrats!!
Mark
And his same ol' bike............

Hey Lisa, how do you like the Multi? I'm longing for a long distance bike lately and really liking everything I hear about it.

I love it. Still. Haven't had as much time to ride this season as I normally do but what few long distance trips I've taken, the Multi has performed flawlessly. It is extremely comfortable ergonomically for long slab hauls, then it's typical Ducati goodness once you get to the twisties you came for
The three individual riding modes are very distinct with multiple settings within those three main modes (SPORT, with luggage or w/o; pillion or w/o, etc., all the way through TOURING and ENDURO). Plus the extremely well integrated luggage makes long trips a snap.
My Pikes Peak came with a "short" carbon fiber windscreen that is height adjustable and an extra "touring" lexan screen that is much taller and wider that I have not fitted. The small windscreen does a good job of keeping me mostly out of the wind stream with very little turbulence or buffeting behind it in the bubble.
Basically, I learn something new about my Pikes Peak every time I ride it - all good, I might add! So if you're on the fence about one, I'd say go give it a test ride. I think you'll like it

That's awesome to hear. I was thinking of a new one but I my truck is in need of replacement so it looks like it's going to be a new truck and a used Multi (if I like it as much as I suspect I will after a test ride). Unfortunately the truck takes priority as it's more of a need and the bike is not of a toy (almost a need, though!). Thinking of replacing my old Tacoma with a new one - I love my old one. Just wondering if I can fit two bikes in the bed or only one...

Well congratulations on the new ride. The new Multis rocks! Let's talk about the rim tape timing; I've got a lot of life going on right now

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.
