I am replacing my clutch slave cylinder (proactive on my part as I've heard that these are prone to failure) and I know that the clutch lines can develop leaks over time so I'm kind of thinking I should replace it too while I'm at it but I'm having a difficult time finding a place that sells them.
Any recommendations? Site sponsors?

The only problem I've seen with the stock lines is discoloration.

I bought a set of Frentubo oil cooler lines through PJ's parts. They may be able to help you with the clutch line. Any company that makes brake lines should be able to make you a new clutch line.

You're replacing good parts because they are a couple years old? There must be something else you could spend your money on.

It ain't just about the money for some, it is about the addiction. I have boxes of brand new stock 2013 parts sitting in the shop....

I picked up my Spiegler lines (brake and clutch) here: http://stores.sportbiketrackgear.comI had no problems with the vendor, but never dealt with them before other than this order. I believe others here have had good luck with them.

Another endorsement for FrenTubo's from PJ'S Parts.
They're "made to order." So if you are in the process of replacing it and can pull it off and measure it and figure out what connection angle/orientation you need, just call em up and ask.
Better yet, if you've got the time, call em up and ask if you can just send in the line you need replaced.

I checked PJ's Parts but they only list the '09 M1100/S for the clutch line. I checked the official Ducati parts catalog and the part numbers are different between the '09 and the '12 which I have so I'm not sure if that will fit my bike.

I already ordered the Oberon clutch slave cylinder from Moto Wheels. It is being delivered to my house today so I figure I'll install it this weekend.

http://cyclebrakes.com/html/custom_lines.html will make lines in any length or configuration you specify. Their website isn't impressive, but that is because they want you to call them to discuss your configuration. If you call, be prepared with length, fitting angles, etc. Then, to avoid confusion they will ask that you fill out their order sheet and send it to them. Very fast processing. There are other outfits offering the same service, but cyclebrakes is the only one that I've never had a problem with. I also ordered an Oberon slave yesterday. I had a CNC Racing one and noticed that it was seeping. The Oberon and Yoyodyne were the only ones I could find with a lifetime warranty. They also have 2 seals while the rest only seem to use one. This is the second CNC Racing part which has failed me. Live and learn.

http://www.spieglerusa.com/brakes/cycle-brake-line-kits.htmlthey carry your bike. measure your lines twice cause they custom make each kit. I took pics of my fittings and included them in the order just to make double sure on angles

Thanks, I might order one of those eventually. I installed the clutch slave cylinder today and it went smoothly. Clutch pull feels lighter and I won't have to worry about this part at all. Took about 30 minutes all told.
