Hey no problem Jim.  If I can't go this time, at least I can help out.  I'm sending you and Alan a picture or two of the trailer (it's currently set up for three dirt bikes or one centrally mounted street bike.  No big deal to re-configure for two street bikes... I like your line of thought though. I really can't see how honey is justified as an issue, but I don't even do milk myself.  I'm a soy boy.
If I could come up with another non-fermentable sugar base for the sweetness, I'd use it.

Is anyone actually riding TO the hill country? 
I couldn't trailer my bike if I wanted too -by that time it'll have the little sidecar on it for "Duke" (my dog)...
And besides, being in a car scares me -them shitz is DANGEROUS!

I think the last thing with four wheels I drove was aB13Pilot's p-up truck (in the rain) to go get a NO-MAR tire changer in Dallas... and that was 6 or more months ago.  I was sweating bullets the whole time.

If someone is riding down there "post up" and let me know.
I'd have to figure out accomidations for "Duke" too...
Will a cabin fit four+1 20Lb Puggle?
