Some details from the south of Dallas contingent.
I live in Lancaster, south of I-20. Will is trailering and riding with me in the Tahoe. We can take another rider, and maybe another if needed. I'll have to review the thread but I think Jim has first dibs.
We plan to leave Thursday afternoon as soon as Will can ditch work. We haven't worked out the details on loading up and such.
If a westie needs a ride maybe they can ride in great discomfort with other westies to Hillsboro where we could meet up. Then they could hop aboard with us.

Jim, I'm right off 35E a few miles south of 20, so I'll head due south to Waco. We can put your sweet ride in the garage and I'll instruct Stephanie to keep her mitts off of it

Duly noted. I'll think about my options over the next few days and make a decision by Wednesday. I'm kinda liking the idea of driving the Vette down.

Ah, chaos!!!!!
I'll go by Jim's table then. I'll take the people I'm originally towing. We'll let Jim load up on Scott's trailer and then figure out how to meet up with Ron.
Any objections to that?
The plan remains the same for my truck then. I'll send a PM out to those

hey BP, et al...
I only want to put 1 bike in the truck, then 2 on the trailer. We'll need some room in the bed for "stuff".
I thought that I'm taking Rich's bike, & that Jim is on Bryant's (Lisa's) trailer.
doesn't matter to me, just lemme know!
Peace & Bicuits,
Your Friend,
(and I mean that sincerely)

Okay, I've updated the table according to some discussions with Scott and Bryant. Take a look at it now. I think it's up to date. However, I think we need buy-in from Rich, as he may have a transportation issue getting out to Ron's place?

It doesn't matter to me which bikes I take, as long as we get them down there for some riding. I left a message w/ Rich to get his situ with getting to a transport.
