I have charles canyon dancer at my house.  If rich's bike is already loaded and secure then cory or goerge can use it.

I don't think Rich has a Canyon Dancer. I could pick it up tonight if it's OK for Rich to use it...

Yep, no problem.  We're here for the long weekend or anytime next week is fine.  I've got a Canyon Dancer and some tie downs I can pitch in as well.

I thought the iphone peeps might find this tip handy for the upcoming trip. You can bookmark locations within the Maps app by scrolling to the area (i.e. Austin) and searching for the location. Click on the result and select "Add to Bookmarks" towards the bottom of the info page.

I've already bookmarked the hotel, Red Fez, Whip In and Koyote Ranch so they're there if I need 'em. Did I miss anything?

Ming's cafe on guadalupe would be a good place to drop by. Fai, the owner is a motorcycle enthusiast and owns a Bostrom 998.

The Motovation Accessories HQ is in Austin as well.

Charles had said he didn't mind me using it initially...i just haven't seen him since a couple weeks back to grab it.  i have a set of ratchet straps i can bring along as well... if one of the eastsiders sees one of the westsiders before next wednesday, maybe someone could grab it.  but what are the odds of that happening??

I have plenty of ratchet straps as well.

Lisa, we may have a use for your canyon dancer.  I have my cyclecynch and wheel chocks just about set for the truck.  I'll give you a call this Saturday sometime and figure out when I can come out and borrow the N2F-Trailer   waytogo

Okay, lemme see if I got this straight.  (Table updates as plans are refined...)

Vehicle

Count

Trailer

Passenger
Count

Passenger Names

Departure Location

Departure Time
Bryant's Truck2/2Yes2/24/4Bryant, Corey, George, JimSouth Fort WorthThurs 5:00pm-ish
Scott's Truck1/1Yes2/22/2Scott, PatrickWarehomeThurs morning
Ron's Tahoe0/0Yes2/22/3Ron, William, Rich
(Rich's bike on Scott's trailer)
LancasterThurs afternoon-ish

This table is the correct and final.

Rich will get a lift from William to Ron's place.

Since Salt & Pepper (Scott & Patrick) will be in Austin long before the rest of us, let's try and grab a late supper downtown before drinking time. Hopefully we'll be able to hook up with RichD & David/The Houston guys for supper.

Since we only have 10 folks staying downtown, I'll cancel the 6th room tomorrow.
Bryant, Cory, George, Jim, Scott, Patrick, Ron, William, Rich, and Rich + pooch.

Yeah, sorry about that.  Blame Alan for that waytogo

The last minute juggle of trailer space sucks but it'll work better this way.
