I commute in a small town environment and try to ride everyday durring the week regardless of the weather and have only one rule - don't start out if it is raining.

I ride every day, summer and winter, when chance of rain <20% and temperature >45F. Which is about 330 days a year around here  coffee

On the other end if its too hot I wont ride. 95F, leather, nyc traffic, hot motor. Fuggetaboutit.

Oddly enough, I'm in the same boat.  I'd rather ride in the cold than the hot.

All kinds.  And since I live in San Diego, CA that pretty much means sunny or marine layer.

All weather. Don't get snow here.

Actually, the worst riding weather here is midsummer, when temperatures will frequently soar over 40C (that's 104F). I don't ride much in midsummer. I find midwinter rain much more pleasant.

Same here, we don't have snow here in Indonesia so I ride all year round rain or shine. Motorcycle is most useful in rain, or after a rain, when cars usually stuck in horrible traffic jam.

I am a total fair weather rider.  Below 60 and you really have to twist my arm to ride.
