If I take the 121 toll road what is the easiest way to get to the restaurant? Go North on 35 and U-turn at the first overpass?

no, exit on I35 towards Denton and go straight through the light (over I 35) and at Costco turn right into the parking lot, there's also a Best Buy.  The restaurant is on the NW corner of I35 and 121.
